App Overview

Oxygena Wellness is a premium mobile application designed to help users book and manage oxygen hydrotherapy sessions. Our goal is to provide accessible wellness treatments through a convenient digital platform.

Notice: The application is currently in active development and preparation for deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We offer specialized oxygen hydrotherapy sessions booked exclusively through the app.

Wallet Top-Up Plans

Purchase wallet credits to book services. Credits are stored in your secure in-app wallet.

Notice: Payments are processed via Midtrans for wallet top-up only. Wallet balance is used for booking services within the app.

Payment & Currency

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transactions are processed securely in IDR. No hidden currency conversion fees apply for local payments.

Booking System

Users must first top up their in-app wallet via Midtrans to book a service. Once the wallet is funded, the balance can be used to pay for specialized oxygen hydrotherapy sessions directly within the app. No direct payments are made for services; all service bookings consume wallet credits.

Terms & Conditions

Penggunaan Saldo: Saldo dompet (Wallet Balance) hanya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemesanan layanan di dalam aplikasi Oxygena Wellness dan tidak dapat ditransfer atau diuangkan kembali.
Kebijakan Top-Up: Seluruh transaksi top-up diproses melalui payment gateway Midtrans yang aman dan terpercaya. Pastikan nominal pembayaran sesuai dengan tagihan.
Kebijakan Refund: Dana yang telah dibeli sebagai saldo top-up bersifat non-refundable (tidak dapat dikembalikan), kecuali disebabkan oleh kesalahan sistem yang terverifikasi.
Pembatalan & Reschedule: Pembatalan atau perubahan jadwal terapi hanya dapat dilakukan maksimal 24 jam sebelum jadwal sesi. Permintaan yang diajukan kurang dari 24 jam sebelum sesi tidak dapat dibatalkan maupun diubah, dan sesi akan tetap berjalan sesuai jadwal.
Kebijakan No-Show: Jika pengguna tidak hadir pada jadwal yang telah dipesan tanpa konfirmasi, sesi dianggap hangus dan saldo akan terpotong sepenuhnya.
Bantuan & Sengketa: Segala kendala pembayaran atau teknis dapat dilaporkan melalui email atau WhatsApp support kami untuk diselesaikan segera.
